Tai Chi
We have Tai Chi classes available to all ages. We teach Tai Chi for Arthritis, Yang-Sun 19, Yang 24 and Beginning Tai Chi Fan.
We have a Qigong class week day mornings from 9-10:15. It is taught by David Osmer, golf Pro and veteran of two National PGA Championships.
